Guidance of an order method
Sorry, we do not ship internationally.

AN ORDER METHOD
An order is receiving by facsimile or E-mail.

In the case of facsimile
Print out the facsimile order sheet, and after filling in a required matter,
please send it to our office.

In the case of E-mail
Please send after filling in the address, name, phone number,
brand name, goods number, and quantity.

Immediately, after receiving an order by the above-mentioned method,
we will reply with the estimate of total amount of money by facsimile or E-mail.

Price exchange
Cash, Credit card, Davit card (Delivery collect service)
The amount of money to pay is the total of goods cost
(including consumption tax)and delivery cost.
Bank transfer commission and other service commissions are customer's burden.Please pay price in Japanese yen.

Mail transfer (JAPAN POST BANK)
In the case of mail transfer, we send a transfer paper.
If you use it, you can send the money without a transfer commission.
We will ship goods after a payment check.(It takes 2days for the check.)

In this case, transfer commission is taken as a burden.

Price exchange with card
This is the way of payment with a credit card or a devit card when the goods(commodity) arrived. The driver takes the settlement procedure
to the buyer directly with a special terminal unit.
In addition to above "price exchange commission", you need to pay a service commission below.

The line of maximum price that can be used is 300,000yen.
This system is available only from Tokyo.

This service is provided by Yamato collect service Co.(SSL corresponding)
After we accept the order, we will send a credit-request mail.
Access the URL in received mail, and you will take a procedure of
payment.This web page is not expressed in English, but in Japanese only.

When you use this service, you will take 5.25% of the total amount of
cost as a settlement of accounts commission. You can choose 1-time
payment, payment in installments, and revolving payment.

About the problem of personal information, such as a credit card number,
in the mail order site of the internet......
Since the card information,which is inputted at "Kuroneko@ payment"
has taken measures about the encryption corresponding to the cookie,
your card information does not leak outside.
The line of maximum price that can be used is 300,000yen.

Yamato Transport is used for delivery.
A delivery day is shown in reply E-mail.

A delivery is to the door of your home.
You can choose a delivery time following.....

(But items of mailing cost table, C,D are not valid. The delivery

DELIVERY CHARGE
In Net Shop HARA DESIGN, some of the items are shipped from Kyushu workshop,
and some other items are from Tokyo.
Though the delivery charge differs from each products, please understand.
In a purchase of Maho chair with cushions, the delivery charge of cushion is
included in chair's delivery charge.

RETURNED GOODS, EXCHANGE
When the goods arrive, please check whether there is any breakage.
If the goods are stained with an accident etc, or different from the order,
we accept returned goods for nothing (delivery cost).
In that case, please contact us less than 8 days.

In the returned goods for the sake of customer's convenience, a delivery
cost serves as a customer burden.

HANDING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Our company does not transfer and offer the information (the address, name,
mail address...) of the customer which got on necessity, to a third person.
